• Google review: I made an appointment here to get my Canadian passport photos done and they were accepted by Immigration Canada the first time around. Neal was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend for any Canadians looking to get photos done.

He told me he had a frame already put together that might be a good match and asked me to come by. When I arrived, he was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but the frame he suggested actually looked better than the original. The shop itself is a great local spot with an awesome selection of frames, gifts, prints, and photography. If I lived in Columbus, I’d absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks again, Neal. Not only did Rance (the Owner) work me in at the last minute but he also made time for my husband's photos same day. And they are amazing! I have received so many compliments on these visuals but the best part is that Rance was so invested in our process. We received the proofs within 24 hours and the final photos within 48 hours of the shoot! Definitely recommend!

This is the first time in decades that I’ve had a picture taken and I was concerned because I’m not one of those people that the camera loves, and I’m up in years, but the photos are gorgeous (and I did ask that touch-ups be minimized). Mr. Buchanan was respectful, humble, kind, and went to great lenthgs to make me feel comfortable. The pricing was fair and his response time to emails was almost immediate. Robb offered great suggestions on where to travel around Columbus and we were not disappointed one bit with his suggestions. Not only is he a great photographer and editor, he made us feel confident and blended right into our special day. His photos speak for themselves, but what we did not expect was how easily he would help settle our nerves and help us enjoy our wedding day without making it all about the photos, which can be difficult to balance.
