One recent review notes: Very disheartened by the shortage of courtesy here, but I must acknowledge that it may be more on Walgreens as a company than the actual staff at this location. I ordered a print of a picture of my friend who just died to give to his family. I even shared that with the staff after placing my order that was set to be picked up within 2 hours. My order was canceled with no reason given, DAYS after it was scheduled to be ready. That's not even the reason for this negative review, because I can forgive a late completion. Every time I call, the phone just rings, both at the photo center and general store. The email I received was automated, so there's no way to reply with questions. I'm not desperate enough to try to get some poor pharmacist to connect me to a retail employee over the phone, which I'm sure they already deal with a lot. I'm now scared to place an order at a different store because I'm worried the same thing will happen. I really do feel for the employees because I know they put up with so much and are given the short end of the corporate stick, but man, I wish there was a way to have an actual exchange with a human being about this. This was a negative experience I didn't need on top of my grief over my friend who died suddenly. • Google review: Wonderful experience bc of hardworking employee by the name of Keosha, please forgive my spelling. She went above and beyond to help me with my passport photos. The store was busy with customers, deliveries, stalking shelves, phone rings, and she never missed a beat to assist me and others in the digital photo section. Great customer service is truly rare these days. Keosha handled it like a true professional. Definitely recommend this location bc of her😊
