At times, she seemed unsure of what to do next, which made the experience more stressful. Additionally, the "professional photographer" on staff was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, which made the entire experience feel even more unpleasant. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service, and I wouldn't recommend this studio based on my experience. • Google review: My pictures turned out ok, but there is nothing but children working at this location. They don’t know how to direct the photoshoot, they don’t know how or where to place the customers in the shot. She didn’t count us down before she took the pics, she was just snapping. They need to hire more professionals here at this location that actually know how to direct and use the camera. One of the works refused to help me because i came back a day later to purchase my pics. She kept looking over me and passing me up. Once everybody was checked in, she still wouldn’t help me so i had to go above her and talk to someone else. If i ever take pics at JC PENNY PORTRAITS again it will NOT be at this location.
