• Google review: It's very hard to capture a moment and get a great shot. For years I've tried to get a headshot and body shot to get work on set. Central Casting kept rejecting my photos. In fact as of this post they are still in review. But this portraits location is amazing. And if you're a union SAGAFTRA member who wants to work on set, or you are non union but want to work with us on set, get the Hollywood package. $79.00 3 shots digital so you can use them to submit online and get working. $15.00 session fee. Versus $300-1000 dollars to all the pros which effectively isn't even what Central Casting needs!! I'm so grateful for the photographer who showed me the picture and let me change my shirt. Easy day. For all the families trying to get a great shot kids are impossible to photograph, be more flexible you get what you get and you don't throw a fit.

• Google review: So let me start by saying I booked and took Christmas photos with my family in November (went great) But today I showed up for my appointment early and was told they were closed for lunch. So I sat some of my things down inside the studio at the front desk and went back to my car to gather my daughter and the rest of my belongings for her shoot. Now I arrived early so I could get her changed and ready in time for my shoot. My shoot time was 3:00pm I got there at 2:40. Because they have a dressing room I figured I would get her dressed there to avoid any mishaps before the shoot. (My baby being photographed is 11 months so anything can happen at anytime with babies) when I get back into the studio at 3:03 I was headed to the dressing room to change her into he her dress when the rude employee Sarah tells me that I cannot use the changing room and they would need to reschedule my appointment because I did not come ready. She completely embarrassed me and ruined my daughter’s first birthday shoot that had been planned for weeks. She said even though I was there earlier it was their lunch and even though they were closed I still should have been ready she explained that it’s the customers responsibility to know when they close for lunch so I could plan the shoot accordingly and because I was the first shoot they had back from lunch them taking my appointment wasn’t going to be possible . Now please keep in mind I was just there a few weeks ago and was allowed to get my baby dressed in the dressing room without an issue so why would there be one now? I was met with so much attitude no compassion no respect no human decency. I offered to go after or even later but was still told NO. She is a very disgusting and disrespectful human being. Working with the public daily you would think she would have some class about herself but NOPE. You ruined my day and my daughters first birthday pictures. So I called another studio and asked was I expected to come completely ready with a baby and was told NO just arrive a few minutes early to get the baby ready because we know things happen on the way. Same company different location but much more friendly staff. Rescheduled my appointment with a studio that actually has some human decency and staff that are trained to work with the public and understand that things happen and as a customer we don’t know their schedule as it’s not our responsibility to know. You book your appointment they call a day ahead and confirm and you give them all the details they need but still turned away even after you told the person the day before you were arriving early to get the baby changed and ready and was never told that would be a problem only for it to be a problem. Will never go here again with people like SARAH in charge. I guess they let anyone be a manager at this point. She needs training on professionalisms because she lacks in that area. When asked for her supervisor she directs me to a 1800 number that is unable to help at all. 10/10 would not recommend
