I thought her price was fair but I think her work was excellent. She is extremely professional, honest, and understanding of my specific needs. She listened and understood what I wanted and provided me with exactly what I asked for. I'd give her more than 5 stars if possible. Thanks Angelina, I hope others see this review. Patrick P.S. • Google review: Absolutely the (sadly now second) worst medical group my family has ever had the unfortune of having to deal with. Most "Providers" are decent, but that's where it ends. Staff is nightmarishly incompetent, supervisors failing upwards, Corporate offices think they poop diamonds and are so "holy" (even when they are violating the law) that their word is not just law but God. You have to BEG and PLEAD to get them to do what they are legally obligated to do with you as their patient, such as SENDING MEDICATION, LET ALONE SENDING IT TO THE ACTUAL PHARMACY THE PATIENT USES INSTEAD OF A DIFFERENT CITY, just for example. How about them changing medication without consulting the parents of (minor at the time) or even the patient? Not only that, changing it to a medication that would immediately interact badly with other medications the patient is taking?! That's just the tip of the iceberg. But latest, we left Family Health Care Network due to the above and more (those were just off the top of the head). But we sadly dealt with the above mentioned even worse medical group, and they STILL have not sent out the referral of which we have an EMERGENCY NEED. So, I called FHCN's children's clinic as that was where my child was seen when they were still a minor, and technically can still see for a few more years. They refused to see my child due to age (despite that whole age acceptance issue that is by law), but the staff member I spoke to told me of a doctor they have in "Family Health" and said that she could look into seeing if we could be seen one time without making FHCN our PCP so that we could get the referral. She got a reply while we were speaking and said that the doctor would call us. Sure enough, the doctor called, and I told her the whole situation. She agreed to see my child and also confirmed BOTH the referrals we need. Then when I spoke with the Family Health staff who called minutes later, they ALSO CONFIRMED. SO FOR ALL THOSE KEEPING TRACK, THAT IS THREE PEOPLE CONFIRMED! We had the appointment despite, again, not having FHCN as the PCP. We met with the doctor and got she put in for the referrals, she even sent over a medication my child needed refilled (well vitamins that help with a genetic disorder anyway), and sent us downstairs for a blood test as well. EVERYTHING seemed to go fine. That was the beginning of this week. TODAY, I got a call from the Referral Department telling us that they cannot send out the referral because my child does not have FHCN as their PCP. They REFUSE TO GIVE US THE HELP THAT WE WERE PROMISED BY FHCN!!! So, now, I have lost time to help my child. We could have possibly already gotten them help somewhere else to get the referral, or at least an appointment set up to do such. But, no, FHCN SCREWED AROUND WITH OUR LIVES, LIED, MANIPULATED, TRICKED US, AND TORTURED US FOR SOME SORT OF SICK GAME. If ANYTHING happens to my child between now and the help we get them, not only will the other medical group get sued, but you better believe that I will name every single person that works for FHCN that I can in lawsuits stemming from their incompetence and their INTENTIONAL HARM. One person makes a mistake, three people makes a conspiracy. An entire Medical Group makes it malpractice.

I had a schedule appointment with The Dental Practice Today For 2 fill-ins to be done… My Children and I have been Going to Family Health Care For Years Located here in HAGERSTOWN MARYLAND However I had the Worst Experience Ever!!! In The Beginning of My Appointment The Dental Assistant By The Name Kayleigh or Kaylee However her Name is Spelled!!! Informed Me That I was Due For a Cleaning and she Didn’t Quite understand Why it was not Scheduled!! Because I had been here several times Prior And as Dr A…..Came in the Room she was informing him about My Cleaning and also The 2 Teeth that was bothering me that was in need of the fill….Ok Cool….Then Ms Kaylee began to Communicate by Saying SHE DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH COMPLETING THE FILL-INS ON DIRTY TEETH!!!! Then they both stood There as if They didn’t even want to See Me but Dr A then proceeded to say he would Take a Look at My Teeth and then informed Me What needed to be done!!! TO ME THIS WAS UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!!! In The Meantime I will be looking for My Children and I to receive Professional Services Elsewhere!!!! IF SHE DOES NOT LIKE OR WANT TO DO HER JOB SHE NEEDS TO GET INTO ANOTHER PROFESSION!!!!
