• Google review: I went here for a simple newborn photoshoot. My baby was very grumpy which complicated the shoot they were very accommodating, allowed me to feed her and my mother in law to hold her. I was happy with how things were moving and I thought we were getting really good photos. I have 4 total photos that I am happy with but they are not with my intended props (my wedding dress and veil ) the pillow is showing underneath my dress and the veil isn’t even on my baby. Next , I was told there would be no editing involved in the processing of my photos which came to a surprise but I was understanding until I spoke with customer service. It took 7 days for me to receive my photos and numerous phone calls to the store then customer service. I hadn’t received my photos because the photographer put the incorrect email. I saw the photos and there were edits and collages I asked the customer service rep about it and he said I paid for enhancements that I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. One of the photos has another child’s name and birth information. I am not happy with my experience at this location and will be speaking with the manager and corporate about it UPDATE : i changed the stars from 1 to 3 . I spoke with the manager she was very reasonable and we worked through the miscommunication. I would use this location again but be more prepared to guide and direct to get the images I want and hopefully my baby is more cooperative
• Google review: I got pics of my kids and I to send out for Christmas. The photographer rushed us saying that it’s the evening and they have to move faster and we get one background. I said no worries to the background. She took one picture of us each pose and when we asked her if everything was good she kept saying yes. She rushed my son in one of his shots so he didn’t get to smile fully, my hair fell down on my face in a shot and she snapped it anyway. I had lipstick that had gotten on my teeth and didn’t realize and she still kept saying it was good. I ordered the digitals (I always do) and I couldn’t really see everything because it was hard to see on the screen. I wasn’t able to fully see it until I got the email to look at the photos. I called the studio and informed them and was told no refund but we could reshoot unless we called customer service. I advised that wouldn’t work because I had just paid for hair and make up for the pics so I would be out of more money. They gave me the corporate number.. I called it was the wrong number.. I called the customer service number on google and spoke with someone who said he couldn’t help me and that the studio could and gave me another number. The number also didn’t work. I called the Google number again and spoke with someone who put a ticket in for a refund. Result: No refund whatsoever, I could get a $25 credit on our next set of pics, and we could do retakes, but if I don’t want to pay for hair or makeup again right now to reshoot then I’m out of luck. It’s up to the manager to extend the offer and she probably won’t do it.
